When We Collided

A very special book birthday to Emery Lord’s third novel When We Collided! I had the opportunity to snag an ARC at ALA last summer, and I immediately started reading on my way home. This book is utterly important and heart-achingly beautiful you guys, I cannot stress that enough. The characters and the feels are painfully honest and raw to the bone, and it’s also so full of life and love. It paints the good and the bad parts of life, and yet has the power to stay positive through it all. It shines on all the important aspects that we shouldn’t ignore, and fills our hearts so full. And I, of course, had to include a few snaps from my Mendocino (where Verona Cove based off of) trip to share as well. 😉
